That was a very informative paragraph, and if you need the money....take the job. Whether you see yourself decorating cakes or flipping burgers, it's what's available right now and will help put clothes on your back, food on the table and roof over your head. I never thought I'd be knocking door to door selling steaks when I got out of the marine corps, but it paid the bills until I got hired onto the fire department. Some yellow brick roads only begin after the county dirt road ends, if you get my meaning. good luck, and don't worry about what people think of you, as long as your kids love you, nobody else in this world matters!!

A job is a job. I would take this one just till u can get a teaching job if that is what u would rather be doing. Taking this job will also be a good way to get the hang of being back in the work force. Remember it is not permanent unless u make it permanent. And who knows u may like it

Take the job. Understanding managers and semi-decent pays don't come easy, and you don't have to stay forever.
If you have an advanced degree in history, you can also look into some government or library jobs- you're not limited just to teaching jobs.

Nobody said you have to keep that job forever. Sounds like pretty good pay and a 4 day work week would be awesome. IN the meantime, you can get your resume together and submit it different school and see what comes up.

Why not put your name on the substitute teaching lists in a few towns ?
You can decide each day if you need to work and many schools need permanent sub jobs.
I wish you the best.

I would have to say yes. Unfortunately you have to put you feelings behind and think about you children. I haven't been able to get into the field I wanted to while raising my children, now they are older and getting ready to have their own life I am going to take advantage of it and finally do what I have wanted for the last twenty years.

that is seen baby hard artwork. each state has a distinctive regulation determining the minimum age for a man or woman to artwork. as an occasion, the place I stay the age is sixteen. you will desire to do chores on your associates or parents for allowance, yet actually working is unlawful. attempt doing laundry, washing sink counters, sweeping floor (or Swiffer), mowing the backyard, washing dishes or maybe putting them into the dishwasher, working errands, and so on. stable success :)

It sounds like its a good job, take it and at least you will have some income. Lots of people do jobs they didn't envision doing because they need to support their chidren.

It doesn't have to be your lifelong career. Take it if you need the money.
