Do things together. The more you get out an do a variety of things together, it will give you more things to talk about. Go horseback riding, see a movie, take a short trip together, see a play etc. Also keep in mind that sometimes "silence" is golden. You don't have to always talk to learn about the one you're with. Sometimes emotions have a way of connecting through unspoken words.

Read the same book, watch the same TV show or movie, talk about Halloween costumes or go window shopping. Quiet is good, too. Just calm down and if words don't flow then let her take the conversational lead for awhile. Relax......

Just let the thing take its course... the sky is the limit.
Really, if you have that kind of rapport with someone, that's wonderful. It's spontaneous. Let it be. Talk about everything under the sun until you go hoarse. If you prepare for things to talk about, it wouldn't be natural--and that's not neat.
