I already have a home business, but like any business, it takes time to build and grow...in the mean time, I'd like a legit job..something that works and gets me money....

If I were you, I'd invest all my time and effort promoting the business you already have. Don't add a new distraction!!
Very few real companies are going to hire a stranger to do work for them with no training or supervision. Most people who work from home either work for themselves, or have worked for a company for many years, and then had a personal situation arise that caused them to need to work from home. If they were trusted long-term employees, and if their jobs could be done remotely, the companies made accommodations.
If you want to earn money, you will have to get a real job. You can't earn a living answering surveys (which really just collect info on you!) on the Internet. No company is going to pay good money for that when they can simply provide a survey link on their receipts and get ACTUAL CUSTOMERS to tell them what they thought of their services or products (for free!).

You can become a virtual call center agent from home. The only downside is being selected. You have to apply just like a regular job and based off the application you may get selected. The process is long and tedious, however if selected there is good consistant icome potential. Some companies you can research are: Alpine Access, Working Solutions, West Corporations, or Arise (this one you have to pay for so you are guaranteed to get accepted).

There are many opportunities of working at home and earning through internet. If you wish to learn earning through internet while working at home, feel free to add me as your contact at yahoo answers and at 360 also. You will learn a lot. It is against yahoo answers guidelines to provide referral links here at YA. Most of the genuine earning opportunities on the net are free and they don't ask for any money to be paid for that.
