like old loves and stuff like that. well just wondered i always did and got the chance to talk after many years

I believe that we daydream about the past to avoid the present and future. Stress and worry are what cause us to daydream. We look back to the times when we had fun and were care-free and wonder if things will ever be that way again.
In terms of old loves, relationships in general, we wonder if we made the right decision of leaving or getting closer to someone. Decisions are what make us grown-up and responsible. Should we continue living in the past, or move on? I'm guilty of daydreaming about the past. I think about the people I once knew, especially the women I once knew.

I think everyone should let their mind wonder every chance they get. It gives you a chance to evaluate a situation and gauge whether or not you have made the right decision.

nope but I do daydream about other things inthe past. Like how I wish I had said something and it was too late. But it is almost like a flashback
