She's seven-months-old I think. She was accidently outside for the whole nite, and we have a neighbor cat who's a black long-haired persian, and she's all black TOO! So, is it possible she could be pregnant?
ALSO Is seven-months-old a safe age? Or should she be older, to prevent birth defects, or her getting hurt?

First heat is between 5-6 months. They can conceive only when they are in heat - and you would know - they meow and walk wierd and roll on the ground.

First of all you say your cat is a she and you make out that the neighbours cat is a she also. Maybe it was a typo on your part. If not your cat and the neighbours cat cant get pregnant together they need a male's attention. Now with the fact your cat was outside means it's easy pray to males. But has she shown any signs of being in heat yet? For female cats it's easy to know. Loud irritating meowwwwwwwwwwwwwwws all the time usually mean the cat is in heat. If you dont hear her cases are she aint in heat so there for she can have kittens just yet. As for when is exceptible for a cat to produce I believe it's 1 yr old. but then again if u dont get the same answer you might wanna ask someone else.

Cats can get pregnant, as early as 5-6 months old. Please get her spayed, there's no real reason to allow her to chance to accidentally breed anyways, already a lot of cats & kittens in shelters.

It's preferred, that the cat be over 18 months old, before she's bred, just because at 7 months old, SHE'S not even done growing, she's still a kitten herself, and shouldn't be off, having kittens of her own.

Cats can get pregnant at 4-5 months, so please get your cat spayed as soon as possible. Please don't contribute to more unwanted kittens in the world. Shelters have thousands already and no one to care for them.
