I already have a vet appointment, but I am still very concerned and confused. I have a one year old female ferret, a marshal's ferret, which means she is fixed, and she is bleeding like she is in heat(remember she is fixed) and there is no swelling like if she was in heat though, but there is a small bump (like a mole), and there is also a light yellow color with the blood, and this morning she was sneezing like crazy and shivering...has anyone had this?

I also have a 3 month old cat, if that means anything at all. Please help or give me a web site.

The bump could be anything. Is the blood and yellow discharge coming from the mole? If so it could be an infection or cancer. Ferrets are prone to having many cancers, and as much as I love mine, I know they only live to be 5 or 6.
As far a the shivering in the morning, That is normal. When a ferret is awakened from a deep sleep they shake until their body temp is back to normal.

Cat problems usually can't be given to ferrets. I've had a ferret, but haven't had the problem you've described. You're right in that Marshall's ferrets are usually spayed, so that shouldn't be the problem--if there's no swelling, she's not in heat. I'd be concerned about the bleeding though, something is off and needs to be checked.

Keep her warm. Don't worry about the sneezing (remember their noses are down at floor level, they inhale a lot of dust). Make sure she's eating and drinking too. If your vet isn't familiar with ferrets, call around and find a vet who does have experience--they're considered 'exotics' and a lot of vets just don't have the training on them.

I don't know because I don't have ferrets (just 11 cats) but it sounds to me like she has an infection. when they spay ferrets do they do an entire spay and take everything or do they just take the ovaries?? at any rate it sounds like some kind of infection or even possibly cancer. I am glad that you have a vet appointment, they should know more about it than us. Hope everything turns out ok. Good Luck!!

She more likely than not have an infection and needs to be on anti-biotics asap.
I doubt if your feline has anything to do with it and can't give or catch anything,... different species.
