They're not necessarily gluttonous to be fat. And what is the other sin you're taking about? Pride?

Assuming you're refering to gluttony and pride, it would depend. If the person was fat because they ate too much and than lost the weight by controlling their eating, pride would be the natural result. And rightly so, leave them alone. Now if they lost the weight and now thought they were better than everyone else because of it, that is a 'sinful' pride. And should be pointed out. At least that's what the philosophy books on the seven deadly sins leads me to believe. Good books if anyone is interested, one written for each of the sins.

Nope! You are having difficulty with symantix. The "pride" which is a sin is actually selfishness and errogance. Being proud of an accomplishment and a success is not only acceptable, but spiritually healthy.

Give them a break and let God deal with them!
Just as he deals with those who are judgmental.
