Depends, of course, on your translation. In the New Revised Standard Version, Acts 11.25-26 reads:
Then Barnabas went to Tarsus to look for Saul, and when he had found him, he brought him to Antioch. So it was that for an entire year they met with the church and taught a great many people, and it was in Antioch that the disciples were first called "Christians."
Not sure what you mean by "not by God." You asked where the bible calls us Christians. I'm not sure God has ever called anyone anything, except beloved child.

Christian: the name given by the Greeks or Romans, probably in reproach, to the followers of Jesus. It was first used at Antioch. The names by which the disciples were known among themselves were "brethren," "the faithful," "elect," "saints," "believers." But as distinguishing them from the multitude without, the name "Christian" came into use, and was universally accepted. This name occurs but three times in the New Testament (Acts 11:26; 26:28; 1 Pet. 4:16).
The definition of a Christian is one who is "like Christ" or "of Christ". This is not a "title" that would have been given by God but the mere use of the word shows devotion and reverence to Jesus Christ.

Acts 11;26. Our daily walks in life should be about more than that. It is a relationship with Him, where he calls us to be Christ-like. The Bible does call us friends of God in 1 John 3:2. That to me is way more important than being called anything else.

I do not think there is any such verse. Christians was a title given to those following the way after the ascension of Jesus.

John 1:something (lol, this is coming from my memory)
"But as many as received him, to them he gave the right to become (or to "be called"... not sure) children of God...."
the verse is something like this. I know it's not what you were really looking for, but I really like this verse, and it is saying something similar.
