Seeing as how you asked in R&S...Wayne Dyer, a motivational speaker, said that 15 or 20 min. of meditation would make you feel completely rested, like you just had a full nights sleep. I've gone to work on less sleep than that, what is it that you do. I work with children, so that keeps me busy and awake. It depends what work you do.

It depends on how much you can accomplish. I've gone to work on less than two hours sleep and I could function (although I needed lots of coffee to do it). If you can do your job and not make mistakes, go in. If not, it would be better for you to stay home.

depends on what you do, how long you have to work and how you feel. Ask yourself this, how am I going to feel 3 hours from now? 7 hours from now? If you honestly think you can't be functional, then call in sick!

I've unfortunately been in your shoes! I went to work and drank a LOT of coffee. I don't recommend it though. Not fun.

Do you have any leave days you can take?
Perhaps take off half a day - take a nap first.
That could be a good compromise/plan.
You really need to sleep more in general!

Tell me what you've been doing all night?

On Y!A :p

Ok, serious, if you're really that tired, you won't be able to preform your duty that well anyway.

Take some rest, and sweet dreams :)

Peace.

Not very smart. Hmmm. Do you need to see a sleep consultant?
Sounds like you do, or else need to be more moderate, maybe?
Get a life. Use your head. Get to bed. :-)
Best wishes
