I've never seen that you could buy a replacement pot for a crock...but they are fairly reasonable in price, so its not that much to buy a new one.
I generally have to get a new one every couple of years.

I broke mine also and I purchased a new whole crock. A few weeks later I went to Goodwill store and bought a replacement pot for my other crock. They had several different ones. Just make sure you measure the width and depth!. Good Luck to you!

Here's the website for replacement stoneware liners for Rival Crockpots:
http://www.jardenstore.com/products.aspx?pgsz=9&bid=17&cid=1474
You can also call 1-800-323-9519
After you pay for shipping and wait for delivery, it may be cheaper and easier to buy a new one....but it never hurts to check on a replacement part in case. Good Luck!

see if you can find out where service for repairs is in your neck of the woods. most of those crock-pots are not that expensive to purchase. starting Sunday walmart has a nice looking pot going for $20.00 looks good to me.
no i don't work for walmart, but i do use a crock pot at home and may buy this one as a spare.
bon apatite?

It would probably be cheaper to buy a new one otherwise you would probably go to the name of the manufacturer on the internet and order a replacement but you will have to pay shipping and handling.

buy a new one they are cheap. I tried to buy a replacement for a Cuisine Art bottom piece and it was almost as much as a new one. Planned obsolescence.
