Well - um, exactly how do you know that any spirits you are contacting are actually GOOD?
Scripture says to not mess around with this stuff...

Well here are a few things for good and evil. But a key factor don't do any of this alone. Don't use a OUIJA BOARD at all alone or a group. Never break the circle even if you contact a good spirits a bad one can be riding their coat tails.

Your question reveals that you are unable to contact good spirits.So you are already having contacts with bad spirits.Utilise them to be in good spirits.I heard an old saying that a known devil is better than an unknown angel.(Answer)Now coming to point just try to maintain good character.Ver....y Ver...y difficult.Once you are able to achieve progress in that direction you are a very good Spirit and all Good Spirits will be hovering over you.

The Lord forbids the contacting of spirits. You will be contacting familiar spirits or evil spirits, because the Holy Spirit only presides in those who have accepted Jesus Christ.
The Holy Spirit is your only good spirit.
The spirits you will be contacting may benefit you for a little while but will eventually turn on you to destroy you.

meditate and create a bond with your guides (gardian angels, totems, whatever..) first. this is very important and in most people, usually pretty nessesary.
there are lots of different meditation methods you can use. google to find some, there are tons!
