I only trust my bank with money, and that's only because the government guarantees the safety of bank accounts. I don't care what religion they are.
For Brent L - There is absolutely NO WAY I would leave my son alone with a catholic priest! There are some chances that no sane person will take. I'm sure that there are a lot of catholic priests that are ok, but there are obviously many that are not. There must be something intrinsically wrong with their lifestyle. That many pedophiles in one group shows something is wrong somewhere.

I'm an Atheist and I trust me with my money. Trust has nothing to do with religious affiliation. It has all to do with the individual.

Are you trying to imply atheists are criminals? There is a tiny percent of atheists in prison (in the US), most are Christians

it doesn't matter what they believe or don't believe what matters is..is the PERSON trustworthy...can i count on the person...is he/she honest...it has nothing to do with if they are of a certain religious group or lack there of...i had a really good friend who is atheist and i would have trusted her with my pin number...b/c she was honest and trustworthy...but i don't see her anymore...and if i gave her my pin number NOW i wouldn't trust her anymore...she turned into a hardcore republican...ew, i don't know who she is anymore...-sigh-

I'm not saying you shouldn't trust priests. I'm saying that I hate this question because it lumps all atheists together unfairly.

I trust people with my money every day. I have no idea what their beliefs are.
If you get paid or use money in our society, you are trusting people with it.
