God knows that YOU have lust in your heart. He knows what lust is of course b/c he knows all. It doesn't mean that he has it though.

That passage just means that God knows the content of every person's heart. We can't fake it with God. He knows who we really are deep down inside, regardless of the facade that we present to people.
