I quitted smoking and gained 6 pounds, started smoking and lost 6 pounds, then I quitted smoking again and again I gained 6 pounds, then started smoking and lost 6 pounds again...

is it normal if it happens during 1 day?

Do you have a urine test at work? If so, I'd be worried.

Are you, by any chance, binging and purging simultaneously? Or taking large amounts of laxitives? (That's what I do.. trust me it stinks, but it works)
