I don't see why not. That is, unless he sheds too much then you could breathe in too much cat fur and get lung cancer so you should vaccum your bed sometimes.Other than that, it's perfectly safe.

It's perfectly safe. I've always given my pets the opportunity to sleep in the bed with me. It's nice to have a ''foot warmer''. Only time it's not wise, is if you have a moody pet, and you tend to move around while sleeping. You might wake up with a few scratches of disapproval, but they'll learn where they prefer to sleep, rather quickly.

My cat sleeps on the dresser next to the bed. She has a padded blanket to lay on. It's just where she prefers.

I don't think it would hurt you or your cat to be sleeping in the same bed, my cat does it every night.

My husband was really worried he'd roll over on a kitten and kill it- but the kittens are smarter than that. I've watched them, and actually they move with you. The vet said unless somebody is really fragile it's fine.

I think it's cute, they snuggle up and keep you warm.

You just try and STOP her! LOL...

If you figure that one out, let me know, I have FOUR cats who torment me nightly - I've had to resort to locking them out of the room to get some 'quality time' with hubby!
