How do you know it JUMPED off? Did you stand and watch? How do you know he didn't topple off, or fall off, or chase something over the edge?
The question is; why did you allow your dog to have access to an unfenced, insecure, unsafe high up balcony? Why did you let him out there if there was no adequate fence???
Did you get arrested by the police on suspicion of murder? How do you know it was suicide... did he leave a note next to your slippers?
Why was your dog on a balcony unsupervised???? What were YOU doing at the time???
You are sad?? Is that it? What do you want lots of sympathy? You should been feeling distraught, guilty, ashamed of yourself and deeply upset.

Ur dog wouldn't commit suicide,this is probably a joke but I don't think it's funny,if it's true then maybe he saw a cat or some thing or as I said if it's a joke he would of done it to get away from ur sense of humour
But if it is true then I am sorry for ur loss

From what I've read, he probably was trying to chase something and didn't realize the drop. I'm so sorry for your loss, I know I'll be devastated when the time comes for one of mine to cross over, and imagine you feel the same way.

The poor thing was depressed. If you would have gotten him counseling when you noticed that he was down in the dumps, he probably could have been saved.
Don't blame yourself though. It is hard to spot when a dog is depressed.
