I'm not sure, but i believe the bolt is 8mm and the wrench size is 15mm.

Honestly, the fastest way is to phone up AutoZone. They will look it up on their computer. They have EVERY nut and bolt for practically every car in their system.

the starter bolt are 15mm. gearwrench is reccommended. the nut for the positive cable is 13mm.

You can go to the parts department at the dodge dealer and they will tell you are go to a parts store and get a Manuel to find the sizes.
