or

get a bird feeder and hang it outside your neighbors window. lol, or just some tree far away.

put a feeding house outside your window, but far away....therefore he wont tweet at your window anymore....and after when you stop after a while, he shouldnt come to your window anymore i think....hope i helped :-)

move to the city where they don't have birds that tweet.
i live in the suburbs and cherish hearing the birds that sing.
most city kids never get to hear that singing.
