Hmm.. lots of ways... for example Egypt and the Myans have some dandy little structures made out of 20 ton + blocks which didn't just grow onsite.

1)
Assuming you have a lever, a fulctrum (pivot) and a counter weight you can tip up the block and insert a roller.. then start pushing and insert more rollers... that works fine til you have to turn corners which takes a bit of doing.

2)
Hydraulic... moving more into the 21s century if you can install or insert a hudraulic lifter you can raise the block and then transport it on some kind of skid..(bring on the elephants !)

3)
Simple approach: Open the crate, dismantle the contents, relocate them and reassemble them (you did not say the crate had to remain sealed).

4)
Put a bow and some christmas wrapping around the crate. Then leave for a while. It will be stolen within about 30 minutes. (You just said to move it..you didn't say where)

how about two good size toll trucks? i moved my crate with my J.D. 4560 it worked good but it was not 20tons.
