I'm trying to delete Norton off my computer because I'd rather another program for it instead. But when i go to add or remove programs there's no "change/remove" under it when i click it...its the same thing for other programs on my computer like adobe! I need this off my cmputer because i need SPACE!

Some programs (notably Norton, AOL, Earthlink, Adobe, GRRR) don't respond well to Add or Remove.

(You'll get someone to answer you here about a link for Norton removal utility: give them your points and use it...but) for most of these, in spite of all "tools" I had to root and pick and dredge out each and every danged file and folder by hand.

Go into My Computer and Program Files and find Symantec and hold Shift key and press Delete and get rid of the booger! ...and be sure to go to your Recycle Bin and get rid of it there, too. And check down in Documents and Settings for miscellaneous stuff...and you might even find stuff left over in SWSETUP

Good luck!!! (End of rants and raving)

Your grammar is ATROCIOUS (great word for merely elementary poor!!!) so i'm working with 0.5 the story through fact i will basically understand each and every third or 4th word.... you may attempt restoring your demanding stress to surprising formerly you downloaded the virus. On domicile windows xp (on condition that' s what I have been given!) a million. start up Menu 2. All courses 3. upload-ons 4. equipment strategies 5. equipment fix. A calendar could pop up. p.c.. a date formerly the virus replaced into downloaded and the demanding stress will revert back to that date.

Hi just right click and press delete then go to your garbage and delete again. You can always right click and send it to a folder then delete again.
