The obvious one is Kurt Busch. He has been involved in a couple of incidents and will lose touch with the leaders if he has one more bad finish. It doesn't matter if it's his fault or not, he just needs to knock down some top 5s and get himself at least one win to stay in the hunt. Matt Kenseth is the other one even though his engine blowing wasn't anything he could control. With 2 extra drivers in the chase this year you might not get a mulligan and still come back to win the championship. Chances are at least one or two drivers will get through the whole chase without any really bad finishes.

JR but I am a 24 fan... Little E needs to knock Theressa to her knees! AND too late! He is out of the chase yet a few solid wins would not hurt. Last week was a big shake up. It's been some fun racin" Boogety boogety!!

while noone can really afford to have a bad week, witness the points shakeup after each race, i have to say that my man burton needs to get busy. my suggestions?
get on that at&t phone, pour some jack on your frosted flakes and call up fed ex. have them go by lowes or home depot to pick up that dupont paint and the dewalt tools you ordered to build that winning car.
on the way, stop at office depot for a pack of sympathy cards for the rest of the drivers.
be sure to fill up with shell gasoilne for that winning edge at the track !!
later, when you have the that trophy on your mantel, you can kick back on lake norman in you new bass pro shop boat and drink a well-deserved ice cold miller lite!
that's my story!

Martin Truex Jr., I'm a Tony Stewart fan but have always like Truex as well. Martin needs to step it up to have a chance. Maybe Jeff Gordon & Jimmy Johnson will wreck each other on the first lap this week.

Harvick really needs to step it up. Also, Edwards lost those 25 points last week by failing inspection, so he has to finish pretty high in the standings this weekend.
