No I am not saying that at all.. it is simply about the phrase. it is decitful in nature as the speaker believes without a shadow of doubt that JW are the only True Christians, so the use of the phase "Such As
is the decite

Almost one year ago, Jehovah's Witness distributed a worldwide message entitled "The End Of False Religion Is Near". In it they categorically state that only they have the true religion and they wholeheartedly denounce all the churches of Christendom, claiming false religion is the harlot of Revelation 17:1-4 and will be destroyed by the world's political powers. I'm not making this up. I've got the leaflet in front of me.
One JW answer says that they believe there WERE other true Christians (past tense). What they will not tell you is that they believe they are the ONLY true Christians now. Which begs the question, what is a false Christian? Surely you are either a Christian or you are not a Christian?
I would also take issue with their claim to be Christians. They have some very strange ideas about who Jesus was and who Christ is now, they have two tiers of salvation and salvation has to be earned. This, of course, is purely my opinion, but I would describe them as pseudo or quasi Christians.

Jesus said the gate to the true way was narrow and few were the ones finding it, like maybe only 6 1/2 million or so. So, yes, I believe that JWs practice the true religion, and are true Christians, of course there are still many honest hearted ones out there and they will be found before the end, and those in the organization that are not sincere will leave.

I am not sure what you are meaning here. Are you saying that if a person claims to be a "true christian" that they are lying because we have all sinned and fallen short as the Bible says. If that's what you mean, then yes, I agree. I don't believe that anyone can truly call themselves a "christian" without a high level of sacrifice for others in their lives. I follow the teachings of Christ, but I can't say that I am a true christian, that will be up to God on judgment day.

Actually, Jehovah's Witnesses are considered to be a form of Christianity.
Jehovah's Witnesses are members of an international religious organization of the same name, whose adherents believe it to be a restored form of first-century Christianity.[1][2] Jehovah's Witnesses are governed by their understanding of Scriptural laws and principles from the Bible. Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York, Inc. is a legal organization in use by Jehovah’s Witnesses for their ministry work.
The religion was developed in response “to what they saw as compromise and corruption in mainstream Christianity.”[3] They dispute doctrines such as the Trinity, hellfire, immortality of the soul, and clergy-laity divisions as illegitimate additions to the original Christian teachings.[4] The name "Jehovah’s Witnesses" is based on Isaiah 43:10, and was adopted in 1931.[5] The Watchtower Society has been publishing religious materials since the late 19th century, its most widely known publications being the magazines The Watchtower and Awake![6][7

Wondering Faith,
The words "True Christian", are of course redundant.
One is either a Christian, or one isn't.
Jesus knows who is and is not. Sometimes we know. Sometimes we don't.
The Bible gives us two 'tests'.
One is the Doctrinal test and one is what may be called the 'Life Test'.
The Doctrinal test is the most simplest. A person must believe that Jesus is God in human flesh and that He physically arose from the dead. (Romans 10:9)
(More could be elaborated on here, but I'm trying to keep this test in its simplest form)
Now there are many that can pass the Doctrinal test but are iffy on the 'life test'. Dead Orthodoxy is an example. This is where once living vibrant churches and denominations have became just examples of dead religion.
I believe most historic major denominations fall into this catagory.
Then there is those who might pass the 'life test' but fail the Doctrinal test. Many, many mormons fall into this catagory. The 'works' are present, but the official doctrine is satanic.
Jesus once made a chilling statement. He said that 'many' would say "Lord, Lord" and be told, "depart from me, I never knew you".
The greek word for "many" used here always means the MAJORITY. So, what Jesus seems to be saying is that at least 51% (at a minimum) of people who call themselves christian, are in fact NOT christians.
This may seem unbelievable, but if one looks at the moral situation (say in the U.S.) and the crass culture that is readily accepted, by a population that by all polls, at least claims to be "christian" (85-90%) then one can easily understand what He is talking about.
To get to your point of JW's who use the phrase "true christian", it is obvious that they fail the Doctrinal test.
Since, in many cases we are not privy to a persons secret heart, we would have to know a person really well to be sure if they are, or are not a christian per the "life test".
But the Doctrinal test is easily applied. And a person is NOT guilty of "judging" if one uses it. If fact, we are commanded to discern doctrine.
If I come into contact with a person who tells me they are a christian also, but they do not believe that Jesus Christ is God, I do not fellowship with them.
I preach the Gospel instead.
Better to be considered "narrowminded", and a "religious bigot" than to let a person serenely continue down a "way that seems right unto a man," but ends in their eternal damnation.
By the way, if the doctrinal test seems correct, but you are not sure of the "life test" (in regards to some aquaintances), be assured, eventually doctrinal issues WILL arise, the better you get to know the person. (if the person is in fact an unbeliever)
The reason being; Doctrinal beliefs held so loosely (where the heart and life is not affected) will soon "change with the wind" of the age.

No.
Jehovah's Witnesses are nearly certain that at least some non-Witnesses likely meet with the approval of God and Christ.
Note these words from their official website:
http://jw-media.org/beliefs/beliefsfaq.htm
[quote]
Do you believe that you are the only ones who will be saved?
No. Many millions who have lived in centuries past and who were not Jehovah's Witnesses will come back in a resurrection and have an opportunity for life. Many now living may yet take a stand for truth and righteousness before God's time of judgment, and they will gain salvation. Moreover, Jesus said that we should not be judging one another. Humans look at the outward appearance; God looks at the heart. He sees accurately and judges mercifully. God has committed judgment into Jesus' hands, not ours.—Matthew 7:1-5; John 5:22, 27.

"True Christian" is just a label, God isn't into labels. The word of God says there is only one way into Heaven, one basic requirement and that is to declare that Jesus is Lord and your personal Savior. Whether you say it now or the second of your last breathe, that is the only thing that qualifies any of us for Heaven.

Who gets to judge who the "true Christians" are, and by what criteria do they make that determination?

Doesn't every Christian organization claim to be the truth?
--==Update==--
Didn't we already answer your last question?
Update: Your logic is totally flawed. People believe they are true Christians (or have the truth) based on their beliefs and their interpretation of the Bible, so they cannot be lying.
