hi i have a ring neck dove?

hi have 2 ring neck dove they been laying eggs but the eggs don't hatch i don't know what to do please help me

well, besides the obvious reason (if they're both female) it may be diet, or the just need a good nesting box with lots of stuff to make a nest.

You said, they have been laying eggs? It both are female
then the eggs are not fertile and won't hatch.

are theya pair?? or just two females!!! if they are a pair then they may be unfertile or they are not sitting on them!! maybe if you left them alone them may not get soo upset and sit!!
