You boil the noodles till they are al dente, next you melt some butter, a littleolive oil, garlic, fry up some shrimp, pour in a little cream an add pasta, and italian seasonings. And there you have a wonderful healthy dinner.

It tells you how to cook them on the package, but generally, you let a pan of water boil( add salt if you like.) Whem the water comes to a boil, add the noodles, stir, and return to a boil.Let cook for about 8 minutes,or until tender, drain and serve as you like (with butter, add to a recipe, etc.)

Usually hard pasta takes about 12 minutes in a pot of boiling water, fresh pasta is different... only takes about 1/2 or less of the time... make a pasta salad, add veggies, and mayo, or salad dressing.. or make a meat sauce with tomato's, and mix together with cooked pasta, add cheese on top and bake, or just a Alfredo sauce, with some seafood.. yum!

After boiling till they are al dente and rinsing, I like to add them (angel hair pasta, fettucine, spaghetti, linguini, any noodle will do) to shrimp sauteed in olive oil and garlic, with chopped cilantro or parsley added. Cheese garlic bread on the side, mama mia!! Tasty and filling!!!
