Forget Internet Explorer! Download Mozilla Firefox. It's free and doesn't take over your computer. Just google firefox.

Click Start>All Programs, at the top of the list you will see "Windows Updates". Click on it and see if IE7 is listed as an upgrade. If so, download it.

Your second choice would be to go to the following site.
