I have been in the health care industry for 23 years and I agree with the nurse who said that it was gallstones. I also had the same symptoms and finally went to emergency room when they got severe and the next day I had surgery. Please do not let others tell you to see a chiropractor or to just eat healthy and then if not better see a Doctor. Go see someone now!! You know your body better than anyone else and having worked with Dr.'s for a long time and having gone to them myself, you have to be proactive in your health care. I am also speaking from experience and I work in surgery assisting the surgeons. I have had my gallbladder removed and also have helped surgeons removed gallbladders from other patients. The longer you wait (if it needs to be removed) the more complications you could have. I pray that you don't have any. I also want to let you know that I am 42 and I had my gallbladder removed when I was 23. Take care and God Bless.

I also take topamax 150mg a day. I have only been taking it for 11 months now and within the first 6-8 months I lost 30 lbs. I am 5' tall and now weigh 109 lbs. Sometimes I don't have any appetite at all and I know it is a side effect of the medicine. I had seizures in the past. But it was when I was very little and I only took the the pheynolbarbytol until I was 5 yrs old. I'm 26 now. I also have a heart murmur. But it is very slight, the dr.'s say that they can only hear it every now and then. I'm not sure what the pain would be...I've never experienced any pain of this sort. Hope everything works out for you.

The nervous system is always associated with migraine syndrome. Why this diagnosis was made seems a bit mysterious. Is the reason it is called a syndrome. Multiple symptoms involving specific cranial nerves. Caused by an inflammatory process to involve the nerves of that area.

The rib pain is suggestive of displacement of one or more of the ribs. Is why pressure gives some relief. But your symptoms also indicate some discrepancy in your posture. Something which can be corrected by manipulative procedures. Would recommend you get a second opinion from a doctor of Chiropractic.

I think you should go to the hospital not the doctors or see a specialist, this sounds serious!
