Its all about how you take care of your face. I use Neutrogena Invigorating wash and scrub on my face followed by Clearasil pads. Then comes the neutrogen eye reviver eye cream and the neutrogena combo skin lotion. AT night I use the neutrogena foaming facial wash. I would say weekly use a biore pore strip and monthly used a microderm abrasion treatment.

Some beauticians clam every two weeks however, this would cause your skin to darken and you'll eventually get addicted to it.
I would recommend that you do it once a month for best results as too much of something is never good.
