Can be lack of sleep, heredity, nationality or many other things. I went to see a plastic surgeon actually to see about my dark circles. His best recommendation rather then surgery was to walk with head held a little higher and then circles aren't as visible. There are lots of products on the market that claim to cure this darkness but most are just money grabs.

your not getting enough rest a person needs at least 6 to eight hours to feel the full effect of your rest, it takes it out on your eyes.

It can be from not getting enough rest, to problems with sinuses, as well as allergies.
