It isn't going to hurt you, but it probably isn't going to make any changes to your skin at this point. It also depends on the "eye cream" you are using, there are millions of different types.

Your most valuable skin asset is going to be using a moisturizer appropriate for your skin that has SUNSCREEN in it! Sun damage is the #1 cause of premature wrinkles.

It is never to early to start, stop them before they start but it leaves your eyes nice and refreshed!
