Not to sound ignorant, but this question confuses me. What exactly is your question and where are you going with this?
To "believe" in Jesus is more than just believing that He exists. It's to know Him personally and to have a relationship with Him. It's turning away from sin. I believe in the President of the United States, but I don't know him personally. I don't have a relationship with him.
Everybody is serving somebody. You're either following Jesus or your following satan. Even satan believes in God....
2 Corinthians 11:14-15 ...for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. It is not surprising, then, if his servants masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will be what their actions deserve.
Jesus Christ is King of kings and Lord of lords.
Acts 4:12: Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved."

Are you saying its hypocritical when I say "I believe" in something? I'm entitled to believe in what I want, you dont have to agree with it just as I probably dont agree with you choosing not to believe. But that is not hypocritical in any way shape or form.
Do you believe in anything? Even if you dont believe in God, that's a belief you obvious think is *true*. How do YOU *know*?
So call yourself hypocritical, Your question is ignorant.
Its TRUE, YA KNOW? IMOA

No. Believers like that only recognize truth in one form , and further think that the little piece of it they've seen is the whole of it.

Um.....no.
We speak the truth in love. The Holy Spirit confirms this truth to us.....so we know what we say is truth.
If the truth comes out of my booty....then at least people will hear the truth....albeit, from a sphincter

No, I don't think so. But I don't think simply pointing out the fault is any help.
