i cant stop thining about it and its VERY disturbing, i dont know if it means something.
i had a dream that i got raped.
not my anybody. by mydad?
i dont live with my dad. and i dont talk to him very much. i love him a lot. we talk on teh internet sometimes.
but i dont know how to get these thoughts out of my head. please help me.

I just watched a show on this. It is perfectly normal to have dreams about having sex with your parents. It is gross and will leave you feeling disgusted. As far as interpreting it, when in your dream, it is mutual sex, it just means that you are close. If you had a dream of rape, then is probably means that you are mad with your dad, and maybe think he is not a good dad and you do not feel close.

I have had disturbing dreams concerning things like that. It makes you feel disgusting and even ashamed, but there really isn't anything to it. It may be that you are wishing for a closer relationship with your dad and while you're sleeping, your mind just made wild jumps to that. Seriously, I dreamt once that my sister was trying to come on to my 8yr old son. I wanted to cry and throw up when I woke up. It doesn't mean I have some fear of that happening. I've heard that when we dream, our mind goes through thousands of thoughts that aren't even related. When you wake up, and you try to remember the dream, your mind tries to connect what it was thinking of. Maybe you were thought about sex and then at one point, totally separate, you thought of your dad. Your mind connected the two, to try and make sense of what it had been occupied by all night. I personaly subscribe to that theory as it makes a lot of sense to me.
Don't worry, you're not weird or gross. =)

You may have anger toward him If not there is a lot of porn on the subject and just a lot of shows and talk shows that deal with incest, we think we aren't affected by them but on deep levels we are.
If you are seein Law and Order or Namcy Grace and feel sad or scared by the subject matter, turn to something like comedy central, it's not good to dwell on the things that disturb us all the time

Sometimes dreams like this are from the spirit realm where demons are working on your subconscious while you sleep. Rape represents "oppression" in dreams and represents a person's self will being taken away. All these things are associated with demonic activity.
