If so, why the LARGE Natural Gas pipe lines? 3 to 6 inch gas lines are BIG! I don't think even FEMA needs that much natural gas to fix meals.

No. Because no cities have been submerged. And if you think FEMA is far sighted enough to plan for flooding that will happen that far in the future, then you have more faith in their ability than I do. Besides, it would be wasteful to build camps now when sea levels are only expected to rise 1-3 millimeters per year. At that rate camps would be just an empty, useless, expensive waste for decades. Oh, wait! Empty, useless, expensive waste. That sounds like the government I know. Maybe they ARE doing that.

No. The flooding will take so long people can be evacuated without problems.

Other than the many hundreds of billions of dollars it would cost.
