ok so theres this guy and like every day he looks at me and i look at him. At lunch he like just stairs at me and i always catch him looking at my butt lol so idk i like him but idk if he would go with me and also one of his friends said hey wuts up shorty and the boy i like was like laughing idk if he told tht person to say tht to me or wut im confused and so we were outside for a fire drill and i happened to look bac and he wuz looking at me uh wut do i do.Btw hes in the 12th grade and im in 9th ?

woah, hold your horses there. First of all, I think you're reading too much into it. I've been in situations like that before, and it turned out to be a LOT less than I thought it was. Just relax, and let what happens happens.
But truthfully what I really think is going on, is just guys in their natural habitat. All guys enjoy flirting with cute girls, a lot of the time, but less then 25% of the time do they really get into a relationship with them.
What it probably is is just that the guy thinks you're cute, and likes to flirt with you. Just go along with it. It'll make him happy, and you might enjoy it a little too.

He likes you! But he's afraid to do anything real about it because in high school, a 12th grader usually doesn't date a 9th grader. So he turns it into a teasing thing when his friends are around so they won't figure out that he really likes you. Here's what I would do: Next time you see him staring at you, walk right up to him and say, "Take a picture, it will last longer." Then WALK AWAY, and DON'T look back to see the look on his face, but I won't be surprised if he asks you out after that, because guys love girls who are sort of smart-@$$es to them. It makes them even more interested, LOL.

Uh oh. Stay far away from this guy. If a guy three years older than you is focusing all of his attention on a girl your age, and not any girls his own age, there has got to be something wrong with him.
Consider : He is looking at you because he knows that you know what he is doing. So, you have to ask yourself : What is so wrong with this kid, that no one his age will date him?
