They weren't all bad, some of the people who died were babies. Why did God kill the babies? Was God wrong?

If you say God wasn't wrong, aren't you saying it's not always wrong to kill innocent babies? Aren't we suppose to be like God? Don't talk about how Jesus changed all that, I'm not talking about what God did later, I'm talking about the flood.

Like you, I started asking questions. There were never any good answers. What dose it say about those who tell you not to ask?
About a month ago I wrote a short story about a young shepherd caught in that storm. It was based on the same idea you just had. Think it is a good question.

A long time ago before I was born! Don't forget that around the year of chaos in the reign of Caesar the Jewish calendar was adjusted, and in the days of Joshua the Sun stood still. Then there was the time when God had to change the pendulum on his wall clock for a spring! (a spring of Love) That was because time was stretching out so far that there was no room left for the pendulum to swing-it had already knocked an angel off his perch causing a third of them to fall! You want to know how long ago? Take a look at Stonehenge, that was there before and after the flood! It was Noah's calendar he knew he only had a hundred years to build the Ark and he kept an eye out every year for the summer solstice! The shade of the 520 foot hill nearby was there to remind him of the passage of time on a weekly basis and also because he was righteous (ten feet for every week of the year) one foot for each of the commandments-which brings us to the stone (the anchor stone that fell off the Ark) from which Arthur drew the sword near St Michaels mount, because that is where the Devil (who was trying to stop Noah) lost his tail at Lizard point! But like a Lizard he went away and grew a new one! What a silly question? We all know that Noah was a cornishman! The british had a great Navy because we were all genetically linked to Noah, and the gopher wood was really english oak! Now ask a sensible question please like, "Please will you forgive me Jesus?"

Personally I believe that babies and other young innocents killed in the flood went to Paradise, to await the coming of Messiah.
The adults in Noah's time had a chance to repent and go along with Noah. They refused. It's sad, but God is a Just God.

No, Not Wrong. The Conduct of the Parents filters down to the Children as well. Plus Noah Preached for DECADES amongst those people and No one other than his family took his warning Seriously.
Enough time had elapsed for God to see that these people were incorrigible.

Well, if you read the Book of Enoch, which is not part of the Bible, demons were having sex with woman. Their offspring were giants. The demons also taught the people many things such as how to make mirrors and perform black magic. True or not, its interesting. Who knows, maybe they had electricity and were more intelligent than us before the flood?

okay...read the story in the bible(gen 6)..the flood was sent to kill the nephilim(giants - demon spawn). Earlier on, satan was told that woman would bear one who would crush his head, so he was afraid, so he immediately thought that abel was the one who would crush his head, bcos abel was favoured by God..so he got abel killed..but it wasnt abel..so he sent his minions to earth(sons of god) to take human form n mate with women to produce nephilim(why? cos if all human blood was polluted, there was no chance for a pure human to be born to woman to crush his head has announced by God)...it probably took hundreds of years for every single person to be polluted with nephilim blood...save for noah and his family...god wanted to rid the world of demon blood n keep only pure humans, so he sent the flood to wipe em all out. So the question of suffering and what not is invalid in this case, the point of sending the flood was to cleanse the earth of demon blood!

God is never wrong, the people didn't want anything to do with God. I believe the children went to heaven.

Because when he created the babies in the first place, he preordained them to be bad. So they needed to go.

They must've all got what they had coming to them.
Remember, god knows everything and he knew how screwed up those babies were gonna grow up to be!
