My guess is that lots of these answers are from US.
All sounds delicious, I'm now starving. I'm having salmon fillet, sweetcorn and rice with a side salad.

Ruby Tuesday...there was a $5 off coupon in the mail yesterday and it's date night for me and my hubby! Last night I made parmesan crusted chicken filets over a small salad with lemon vinaigrette...absolutely delicious. We also had garlic bread. Trust me, it sounds fancier than it is, but it is so good...and incredibly simple. I have the recipe for anyone interested. Tonight I am going to make a chocolate cake in the crockpot for desert...sounds crazy, but it's a popular hot fudge pudding cake that I think will come out great!

Meatballs in a home-made tomato sauce with peppers, courgettes, onions, garlic, mushrooms, pesto, creme fraiche, pasta.
And salad with homegrown lettuce, grated carrot, celery, sweetcorn, cucumber & sesame seeds.

Chicken Paprikash it is a wonderful dish often called Chicken Paprika and a nice crispy salad. YUM!!!

I'm having chicken breast sauteed with green bell peppers onion tomato and garlic and a side of steamed rice with broccoli.

I eat main meal at lunch time which is much better than eating later,,, Food is fully digested before going tp bed/ Justa light snack perhaps at 7'ish cheese and biscuits perhaps.

Yesterday I made a huge pot of turkey chille. I will have that with fresh corn muffins and a tiny salad.

I'm going to have cheesy tuna pasta bake...i make it every week so im pretty good at it now & can get it to taste just the way i like it!
