we already have a term ("troll") here for those that purposely incite/provoke others....

the question is WHAT shall we call those that ask question that are COMPLETELY INSANE, that ramble, use such poor English that they are nearly unintelligible, and/or sound like they were asked by a crack-head. I believe these quacks deserve a word to call their own as well!

suggestions? i personally vow to start using the best answer.

Don't forget, not everyone who uses this site if from America. So their English may be broken or worded in a fashion that does not comply with 'proper English'.
