Would you like to have in your neighborhood an illegal who is a good person, family guy, educated, honest, great worker etc. or a citizen who is lazy, bad citizen, a sexual predator, trouble maker, into drugs etc..

You know the answer to this already.
Seems like immigrants have more rights than citizens. Example: If an illegal immigrant was to crash into my car he/she would be told to just leave because there is nothing to do. They have no insurance, no license, no ID... nothing. Most cases they let that person go. It would be my responsibility to take care of the car. He/She would get off with nothing. This has happened to MANY people I know.
Saying someone is lazy or a bad citizen doesn't really say anything. But the sexual predator and drug user does. For an example, we can use those. Sex offenders have to register their address and can be looked up. They can not live in some areas like near schools. With a drug dealer it's as easy as calling the police. With a drug user it's about the same thing.
The fact still remains everyone here (except Native Americans) are or where immigrants at some point. We all went through that, most did it legally. Is it so much to ask the same thing?

The illegal, hands down.
But it is a numbers thing about drains on schools, and in real life there is no way to get rid of the bad citizen. Also, not all illegals are like that, or we could make those the requirements of an amnesty. Funny how Kennedy refused to even let criminals be deported under the Senate Bill this summer.

kja63 - illegals can pay taxes with their own (not forged) individual taxpayer identification number. you don't need a social security number. it was created for wealthy foreign investors to let the US government have their piece of the pie on money earned in this country, but it is also used by illegals to pay legitimate taxes to the government, and the IRS likes their money
give me the illegal any day. this country needs more good people and less bad people. and just because you crossed a river or whatever is not going to make you a menace to society.
usually they know they did the wrong thing in how they got here but there is no choice, stay in a country with some b.s. government and employer exploitation or come to a country with some b.s. government and employer exploitation, but generally more amiable to live in than the country of birth, go to the place that helps you feed your family.
i know a whole lot more us citizens on welfare and sucking the government dry than illegals. and i know about even more of my (tax-paying US citizen) dollars being wasted in iraq on contractors that do nothing but kill people and drive empty trucks across the desert than could have ever been dreamed of being wasted by illegals on health care
so fix THAT problem and then tell me how someone cooking your burger at the wendys or cleaning your office building is hurting your family.
or just move next door to that rapist citizen.

Of course I like the first one. Honestly, Illegal people are good people. They have an ambition and I'm sure most of them are educated. The only problem with them is they are not given a chance to enter legally. I'm sure they want to stay there legally in the first place. If there will be fair treatment to everyone we don't have problems. No one owns this world. It was owned by God and I think each one of us should be given a priviledge to see the world anytime we wants. Yes every country has it's own leader that's fine but please implement your laws but give also others a chance to explore. Review your laws on illegal aliens and be strict on them but not on tourist or visitors. Please respect other people so that you will be respected also.

I get a good laugh out of all this talk of Illegal Aliens! At least the current batch of invaders aren't slaughtering your families,(November 29, 1864)* enslaving you, forcing you to learn their language, destroying your food sources, rounding you up like cattle and marching you off to live on the most worthless land they can find, and imposing their way of life on you instead of allowing you to live in the traditions you have held for centuries. It happened to my people when the first bunch of illegal immigrants came to this land and took over. I know this answer own't be chosen as the best because you don't want to hear any of what I've said, but that's alright. Maybe you'll have a little perspective any way. As to the final answer to your question. I don't see any difference. Near as I can tell they're BOTH illegal invaders here!

Neither. Since the illegal is not contributing to this country by paying taxes, he's living off of me. I'm not in the habit of supporting free loaders.
And as for the bad citizen who's a sexual predator, druggie.... no one wants them either.
Addition: Illegal alien who pays taxes? That would require a Social Security Number. I don't think the US government just gives those out to illegals. Now I may be wrong, been wrong before, will be wrong again, so if I am, educate me.

Neither. The sexual predator can go to prison for life as far as I'm concerned.
The illegal if so educated, can go home, do the "SMART" and "LEGAL" thing..and apply for legal entry. What's so honest about sneaking into a country illegally and "working" without the legal right to do so? Hmm?

What make you think that that is the only choice I have to make.
What about the illegal aliens that are sexual predators, trouble makers, gangbanging thugs and drug dealers? ( I'll give you that they probably arent lazy).
But you are avoiding the question. We don't have a problem with the undocumented worker's moral fiber, its that we need to control our own borders.
Also for every undocumented worker that comes in, we basically have to lower our quota of legal immigrants to account for that. So people willing to come here legally and go through the system are penalized.

A dishonest citizen is always better than an honest illegal. The dishonest citizen pays taxes and even if taxes need to be used to jail him, he will have helped pay for it. Plus he probably takes showers. The illegal honest guy doesnt pay for anything
