For three weeks now, I've had a pain/discomfort in my abdomen (including my lower back). It's either sharp or dull, but it's always been there. The pain started to go away, then hit me at full force. We went to the doctor and part of the problem was that I had gas trapped in my colon, so they put me on a laxative and I'm all flushed out now, but the pain is still there. I have nausea, pain/discomfort, bloated/feeling full all the time, fatigue, I shake every now and then (not much), low-grade fever, lower back discomfort, and I'm achy all over. Last night, it felt like some organ got trapped in my ribs and was stuck, it was a very serious dull pain in my upper abdomen and it scared me. So, I thought it might be a cyst and looked it up, then somehow leaded to Ovarian Cancer. It runs in my family and I'm hoping that this is not it. What do you think I have? Please be detailed. I'm going to the hospital on Thursday for an ultra sound (X-Rays have been done). PS, I'm 13.

It's not Celiac Disease, it's not appendicitis, it's not an infection. X-Rays were normal. There's a good possibility of a cyst. Lots of indigestion, bloated, and it hurts. Vicodin doesn't ease the pain, but it makes me loopy and tired. Pushing on my pelvic (mainly right side) hurts. I ended my period on Monday last week. I'll add more if you have questions.

ibs, = irratable bowel syndrome.....
crohn's disease= i have it..
pancreatits= can be there even when you dont drink.
gallbladder=

there could be many reasons. and for myself it took a lot of time to be diagnosed..
first they took out my gallbladder, said i had gallstones. when procedure was being done they also found a hernia, HOw did the doc miss a huge hernia on physical exam, and ultrasound.... and then during procedure, there were no gallstones, but they removed it anyway.

a few years later, constant pain and sick.... then finally a half *** diagnosis of IBS.... then tests confirmed CROHNS Disease..

then a few years later, i am sick as hell, end up in the hospital, and turns out i have severe acute pancreatits.. even though i do not drink at alll..

A very in poor health mama puppy is an enormously demanding drawback. And I have an understanding of your anger at probably the most solutions that you simply got. It is natural so that you can wish to vent again to those people a few of your anger and frustration. So, attempt to stay calm and preserve your consciousness to your puppy & doggies. Don't permit this cloud your real target - a healthful puppy. And sure, I might love to understand this results. Kudos to you in your speedy motion in taking good care of 7 doggies! It is not convenient! I desire that extra humans might notice that there are occasions that stump even the first-rate of vets. So, you already know that you're responding to this obstacle within the first-rate technique feasible. You are doing all you'll be able to do in an enormously tricky drawback. If you are under a doctor's care for whatever malady you may have, why in the world are you asking complete strangers about it?????

Yes, it may seem scary, but this or any other website is not the right way to handle it, unless you're just looking for sympathy or something to do. It seems to me that everything is being done for you, correctly and appropriately; you need to be a more patient patient! If your parents don't like what they hear (and even if they do!), a second or even third opinion should be considered, just to be on the safe side.

Nobody on the net is a better doctor than your real-life physician.

I agree that you shouldn't have anyone here guess at what you may have (my first thought was a bowel obstruction or hernia...however it really sounds like an obstruction)....
I have to commend you for the most concise, well thought out, well versed, best use of spelling, punctuation and sentence structure I have seen on here in quite some time.
Usually, I am APPALLED at the way things are spelled and worded...usually they are so jumbled you cannot understand the question.
You are a very erudite young lady...I will be hoping and praying that your discomfort is from something minor..and that you have a speedy recovery. Let us know what it was and how you're doing.

Even though you are young it is possible for it to be an ovarian cyst. Just wait and see what your doctors tell you what it could be because it could be a problem with your ovulation.

I don't think it would be good to take advice from people on-line about this matter. Wait for your doctor. This is serious. I will pray for you.
