Firstly, jogging in the park at 5am doesn't sound very safe if you are going on your own??
Secondly, you don't need to lose weight, your BMI is 19.4 and 18.5 to 25 is normal.
If you feel a bit "flabby" you might need to tone up rather than lose weight. Try resistance exercises (weights). Doing some jogging will benefit you from a health point of view, even if you don't lose weight, so keep it up, but do it safely!

The longer your activity, and the more GENTLY you do it, the more fat you will lose. The muscle fibres that use fat as fuel can ONLY perform gentle movements, but never tire. Ideally, you should be active all day, rather than starting and stopping.
(Weight loss that isn't caused by getting rid of fat, can be much quicker, but is never healthy.)
Raising the intensity (getting your heart rate up) will burn more calories, but the extra effort is ALL powered by sugar. Burning sugar makes you tired and hungry, so you will need to rest, and eat more.
You need to be careful. The appropriate lifestyle for KEEPING a healthy physique, is DIFFERENT from the kind of changes that you would need to make if you were obese.
'Super skinny' can be just as unhealthy as being fat. If you are somewhere in between the two, then you should wait until you stop getting any taller (somewhere between the ages of 18 & 24), before you try to change your physique, because you don't yet know what it's going to be like. You DON'T have ALL of your dad's genes, and trying to 'improve' your physique at this stage can damage it permanently.

To lose weight you'd want to exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes, but 45 minutes is better.
However! you are 5'7" and 124 lbs, which is a VERY healthy weight to be at. If you ever want to get an idea of where your weight is, as far as being overweight, or underweight, try a BMI calculator. BMI stands for Body mass index, an estimation of fat on your body.
http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ has a calculator - you are currently on the low end of normal. I would suggest that if you want to tone your body, go for it - but don't try to lose anymore weight. :)

How long do i have to jog everyday?
30 to 60 minutes every day.
If you combine that with a healthy eating plan of 1200 to 1500 calories a day your weight won't be a concern for you.
