Just make sure you exercise when you can, and honestly - don't worry about the meat - if anything, avoid the cheese - it's worse than the meat most of the time, and the meat will at least give you protein. Just eat in moderation - you won't put on much, and even if you put on a pound or two - you'll easily take it back off with the tennis and swimming.

Don't worry too much - just have fun. If you spend the whole holiday obsessing over food, you won't be able to enjoy it. :)

Ugh! I love going places, but at the same time, I hate it for that very reason. I tend to blow my diet and cannot get my normal amounts of exercise.
My advice is to work out as close to your equivalent workout at home as you can- it's going to be really hard to avoid the foods you described; it's just unavoidable because of the culture and the location.
My second piece of advice is everything in moderation. You don't have to refuse everything that's put in front of you. You can try it and then make sure that the healthy stuff is the most plentiful item on your plate.
If possible, buy some of the snacks you normally eat at home and take them with you. At least that part of your eating routine will be the same.
I think you'll be fine.....it's not like you are staying for a whole year.
Good luck!

If you have a healthy lifestyle in place then holidays won't be a threat to you. Just "think healthy first". Your previous plan should have been teaching you healthy choices that become habits. Just remember how long and how hard you had to work to drop the 30 pounds. That should be motivation enough to watch the calories...good luck

if you dont eat junk food anyways, i would just watch what you intake and probably up your exercise after that in case.
