What are your stats? Are you happy with them, or do you want to loose/gain weight? How much? What are you doing to acheive this goal?
Me:
I'm 5'6"
I was up to 131 lbs 1 week ago and now I'm at
126 lbs
I would like to get down to 110.
I quit all soda pop, fried food, fast food, munchies, and I basically stick to restricting. Mostly veggies and fruit - sometimes some hot chicken broth. If I have munchies I do pickles or green olives - just 15 calories for about 10 of them.
Basically I was wondering what else I can be doing to drop more weight quickly, and what you think an ideal weight is for you.

be what you can be without struggeling
diets make girls fat
fasting not eating breakfast makes makes you stock pile in your body, so to lose weight you have to eat regularly.
only eating healthy forever will help but that gives you room for junk now and then and healthy food doesn't have to be boring.
and when you eat healthy you dont have to eat as much as your body gets what it needs.
why try and be 110 just be healthy and don't count calories

After much stressing on the subject, I have decided that my ideal body weight is the one I'm at right now- 130 lbs. I am 5'4" and for a while I was obsessed with getting down to 120, but then when I actually did, I lost my boobs and my butt got a little flatter, which is NOT an option, LOL. According to my BMI, I'm right where I'm supposed to be for my age and height, so I'm happy. And the best part is, it seems to be an easy weight for my body to naturally maintain because I still eat like I used to back in college!
No offense, honey, but I really do think 110 lbs, is too skinny for a girl your height. You'll be all skin and bones!! I bet you look beautiful at 126.

Oh I'm terrible at this weight game :P
I'm about 5'4 and used to weigh about 138 lbs and I went on an all fruits and veggies diet for like a week and went down to about 128 but then I got stupid and ruined the diet and now I gained weight and I'm about 148 lbs now which totally sucks.
Also in the mornings I would dance around the house for about 30 minutes or do Carmen Electras video, which helped a bit, I guess.
I would also like to get down to 110, but it's hard for me.
But reading this has inspired me to try to lose weight and stick to it again, so thank you. lol

I am 5feet 4inches and weigh 105 pounds.I am too skinny and have just joined a gym to weight train and bulk up.if you drop weight quickly you will gain it just as quick.Yo-yo dieting causes long term problems so be sensible and at your weight and height you are fine.You are not eating a sensible diet and you risk heart and muscle problems.

To be honest, my ideal would be 7 stone and 7 lbs, but i am a stone away from that...and i am bulimic, so NOT HEALTHY way to think about weight!
Check out your BMI, and be happy if you are within your normal healthy weight.

i am 7 stone 12 i wana b 7 stone 4 i am 18 my weight is fine buti jus wana get rid of my stomach i stoped drinking fizzy drinks n thats its reli lol i cnat b botherd im 2 lazy

ok...i go for the slim girls cuz thats just my type...i think a good weight would be 125 gor you....with the size and all....you dont need to look like a stick...your just fine.....but 110 might not be so bad either....just dont hurt yourself....good luck
