The thing is that i have an Access data base with Names, phone number, Email adress and so on.
Some People have few Emails adresses, and i dont want to strech the email field because most of the people have only one.
So what i have is that with the people that have few emails, i can only see one email and maybe a little bit of the next
What i want to do is that in those cases of multiple emails, the lines will go down, so those person data will be infront of my eyes and they will have two or three rows, so i dont have to strech the field
what i basically want is to press enter and that the line will go down..
how do i get that?
thanks in advance!

the ctrl enter thing doesnt work
to make things more clear, what i need is that if a data entered in one field touches the border given to the field, the line automatically go down for that specific row only!
thanks!

Use a Listbox as the datafield in Access and fill it with data. It is easy to separate the email addresses because they have never any space field. So this would be your delimiter for one email address to the next email address.

Control+Enter to Insert a new line when entering data in Datasheet or Form view in Access.
