"Divine justice" for all those times we were trying to convert you?

Seriously though, I've seen a huge increase in the amount of Muslims that are attempting to convince Christians to convert to Islam.

Anybody have any ideas on why this is? Or have snarky comments to add?

By the way, no offense to Muslims intended. Not making a judgment, just an observation.

Satan, I'm not making a comparison. I just happened to notice that more Muslims are beginning to try to convert Christians specifically.

The whole "divine justice" line was meant to be a joke.

Oh, but 'Lylah ... you never try to convert anybody! You don't deserve "divine justice".

They probably think that since you worship the same god, it would only be a short walk to believing in him the same way that they do. It sounds like a much easier prospect than trying convert those who don't believe at all.

No, I don't believe so. I don't seek any sort of justice for attempted conversion, and I certainly do not believe it comes from the divine.
I believe that this is a judgemental part of human nature, and that most people judge in a variety of different ways, no matter how hard they try to hide it. I once met a girl who was really free with herself and had sex with over 200 men. And really, I thought "wow, what a s**t", she really was a nice girl aside from all that.
We all judge, it's just a matter of to what extent.

Divine justice is not found in religions which lead to it.you have to find it inside yourself. If only it existed in religions then today our world social would have reached many points up ( see for yourself where we are at placing too much reliance on nowhere)
Millions of atheists say that both are of the weak minds. They have missed the rails of evolution at reasoning! have they asked one question- Why convert? then another -what is in their religion and not found in mine? and may be the last- If i have God given brains why do I not use them properly before jumping from one wagon to another?here the Q&A way helps.

Religions are the root of all evil.... christianity has a huge head start and are looking to wait out the storm... christianity and it's forceful take over of natural civilizations has set humanity on a course to destroy the earth... Armageddon, is nature coming alive and healing itself.. but not the humans who continue to be an affront to nature. for practising religions and as long as they do so the humans will be put on the extinction list....

there is a 50 yr opportunity of the human race left to make religions illegal.. otherwise nature will annihilate the whole lot.

the humans have religified every aspect of nature up until now... they did it to science, to paganism, agnostics, and now they are seeking to do the same to athiests... they are also trying to christinize evolution (evolution is a truth but christians don't ever allow for truth to exist) nature is hitting religions on all fronts, Islam is just another place to hide or justify it.... so if you don't learn, then end will come very harsh indeed

As long as there are multiple religions in the world, one will try to convert the other. This has been happening throughout history already.

Islam is as interested in saving souls as Christianity.

You'll notice no attempt on the part of Jews to gain converts. This is because there is no need for Jews to save non-Jewish souls, as Judaism allows for salvation of non-Jews through their own deeds.

Islam's aim is to convert the world to Islam. Christians share the gospel so that people have the opportunity to find out about salvation through faith in Christ thus eternity in heaven. The Christian leaves the decision up to the individual.

Love? a lot of those structures talk approximately love. Hasn't delivered them mutually nevertheless. seems that your diagnosis is misguided, love has not delivered them mutually. i think of your assessment that we desire love particularly than open debate is likewise incorrect. each and every theory equipment could desire to be challenged with the aid of another theory equipment. nevertheless it would be nice if everybody must be nicer to one yet another whilst doing so, yet a number of them have innovations that lead them to mutually unique, those must be challenged besides.

Much like Christian doctrine states that it's their duty to save the heathens, Muslim doctrine states that Christians will end up joining them.

They're just trying to follow doctrine.

I have just one snarky comment: I wish they'd stop quoting the Bible out of context, and quit applying all sorts of meanings to a passage that aren't there. I also wish they'd stop copying and pasting from Muslim websites that exist solely to attempt to debunk Christianity.

It's just as bad as the Christians who claim that Darwin recanted on his deathbed, or quoting Origin of Species out of context, or quoting from websites that exist solely to debunk atheism.

People who don't know how to think for themselves just drive me nuts.
