It is not unusual to get them in 20's & 30's. Alot of the time when a wisdom tooth takes so long to come in. It is catching or hitting another tooth. You may want to go see a dentist because if this is the case, your new wisdom tooth could end up messing up your teeth alignment to come in. Other than that it may come into play where it is meant to with out any problems. But, if it starts to come up then goes back down and repeats this. It is hitting another. Good Luck!

Not normal, but definitely possible. Many people's wisdom teeth never come in, and some people's wisdom teeth come in if they have recently had one of their other teeth pulled for some reason, because the missing tooth creates more space and gives the wisdom tooth a chance to break through. If I were you, though, I wouldn't get it removed unless it causes you pain or trouble. They say the older you are, the more susceptible to dry sockets you become when you get your wisdom teeth out. I had both of my bottom ones removed when I was 26, and it was the absolute worst pain of my life, when I got the dry sockets.

The best website you can go to, in order to find out everything on specialist wisdom teeth removal, costs, stories related to wisdom teeth, IV sedation vs GA or plain LA, post operative care (including diets), complications (like numb lip) as well as newsletters about wisdom teeth, is http://www.oceansurgical.com.au .... Good luck, I hope everything goes well for you! And remember, only go to an oral and maxillofacial surgeon to have your wisdom teeth removed. You can find out about OM surgeons in your Australian town by going to http://www.anzaoms.org
Yes it is normal for it to start to become a problem at 31, but this does not mean that it is normally erupting. Get it out before it is too late.

Who can determine what is normal with those wisdom teeth? I only had one come in while I was a teenager. The other stayed below my gums and started decaying, so I had to see an oral surgeon to have them cut out.Your dentist should know if there has been any problems from your x-rays.If you are not in any discomfort, i would not worry about it.

I grew my expertise teeth in at 13 and had them bumped off at 13. it is conceivable that they received't be expertise teeth in any word of and probable really 12 365 days previous molars or possibly better teeth. expertise teeth are contained interior the brilliant decrease decrease back and the common public do not have room of their mouths to have them strengthen in so as that they are bumped off. i'd guess they are not expertise teeth except your dentist has really prompt you that they are and in the adventure that they are i'd heavily evaluate eliminating pondering they reason your teeth to crowd and they are very very veeeeeeery stressful to brush.
