nothing in the Bible talks about such an event, although some believe there will be a great apostasy among christians before christ returns - even that his return is dependent on such an apostasy. perhaps the growth of Islam is leading some christians to believe that apostasy will be toward Islam. I heard that some of the signs of the great apostasy will be the immergence of a world government and economy. I (a christian) believe that Christ's return will come without warning - liek a thief in the night. Looking for signs is a distraction to doing what we need to be doing.

Jesus is going to come down and tell Christians that they completely misinterpreted his message to them, and tell them what the final word of god was, being Islam. Every Christian I have asked cannot explain to me what the Holy Trinity means and how it works to make any sense whatsoever, and i have asked a lot of Christians, and yet they cant answer the most fundamental question about their religion being the combination of heavenly father (being Jesus himself), his son( being jesus), and the holy ghost (whatever that is). So Jesus is his own father and his own son and also is a holy ghost that travels to people.. Please for God's sake explain to me how this makes any sense. I beg you.

Well It wouldn't sway a real follower but the false ones maybe. People like me would die first. Many would choose to save their skins I'm sure.

well the peace nicks will gain more power. causing more payer for peace. until the means of defending your thoughts are taken away. that's what started Christianity in the first place "my god is better then your god".
