I spend about 1/2 an hour a week meditating. And quite a bit more time in contemplation. :D With one big ritual every month and a half. (The eight Sabbats.)
I used to volunteer about 2 hours a week, but since I've moved and my job has increased, none in the past 4-5 months. I'm hoping that will change once I'm more settled.
And I never try to convert people. It's against my religion.

I pray four-five times a day. Each time takes an average of about 10mins. So that's almost 3 hours of praying a week. Because it's Ramadan, I do extra prayers which take about half an hour every day.
Unfortunately, I don't get the opportunity to volunteer and help others as I'm a student in my final year of high school and so really busy. However, I'm always willing to help friends with homework.. but I suppose that doesn't count?

Twenty-four hours a day my friend. I am an ordained minister and this is my life. Serving others, in the name of the Lord, is a blessing and an honor. But, let me assure you, how religious a person is, is not determined by 'works'. It's not determined by 'hours' or how many prayers one send up to the Father. Being spiritual is a 'heart' thing. It's all about a relationship - a relationship with God the Father. It is the Father that decides who is 'very religious' or who is not. Volunteering and helping others is done of the goodness of one's heart - it's not a religious 'thing'. It's loving one's neighbor as one's self. And how many times you attend a church service does not determine you deeply religious one is either. Many people sit in church and don't even know God. A person's faith is personal. It's only between you and your Savior. Volunteering your time, or helping others and having fellowship with other believers, including praying for others and self, is a way of strengthening yourself and the church body. But your spiritual walk with the Father, is personal and individual.

I am just 15, so I prefer not to answer the question this way.
Instead let me tell you that there are five fundamentals (most-important principles) in Islam, two of which are Prayer and Zakat. Prayer means to pray five times a day to God, which takes less than ten minutes each. Zakat means to donate a portion of one's earning for the benifit and service of the poor.
So, in our religion, praying to God and helping others are connected with each other. If we can't volunteer directly, then at least we MUST donate for the welfare of the less-priviledged. Those who do volunteer to help others (humans, animals, nature) are very close to God.
Actually, praying is not the only way to worship and obey God. We are engaged in the Ibadat (worship) of our God 24/7, as told in the Holy Quran, if we follow the orders and regulations of our God, like keeping promises, not commiting sins and Shirk, avoiding haram, keep away from speaking ill of others etc.
Hope it helps you.

I pray a lot... I couldn't tell you the hours, because I pray throughout the day. I pray when I'm having a rough time at work, it my moments of sadness or frustration, it my moments of happiness, and when i wake up and before I go to bed. I attend a bible study for 3 hours a week, and do about 2 hours of studying with the work from that study every day. I am always helping my neighbors by watching their children, house sitting, and helping with various activities

Well as far as converting ,that's Gods job not mine, I just live like he wants me too. I go to church on sundays, have a cell group on fridays everyother week and, do disipleship once a week. On saturday evenings I go to a central teaching by the elders for a couple hours. I fellowship with basically the neighborhood. My son goes to a christian school and I volunteer there. I cook for church once a month. And I pray constantly.

1: I don't go to church,I haven't found one that I feel comfortable enough in yet and I find most of them to be too judgmental and I don't have a set time when to pray either, I do it through out the day in a conversational way with him, I like knowing that I can say what I need to say right then and there, this way I'm not struggling to get it all in before bed.L.o.L
2: I don't specifically go out to volunteer but when someone ask me for help, I do,and if I'm in a situation where my assistance is needed without asking, I do my best to help.
3:Encouraging someone to be honest or to be a better person doesn't mean I'm trying to convert them to my beliefs it's a natural thing to want those attributes about yourself.

Praying-at least 3x a day upwards of an hour total
Devotional time with kids-every night
Personal study- every night
Hearing the Word of God- constantly
I predominately watch 'church tv' (occasionally an episode of CSI slips in there...)
Church- 2x a week for about 3 hours ea.
Volunteering- none right now because of my schedule but when I've done it in the past-I acted as program coordinator for church youth activities, held coat drives, and painted shelters.
...oh...and I bless those folks on the corner asking for money all the time!
blessings!

I attend every service my church offers, 3 on Sunday and Wednesday bible study... that'd be about 4 hours a week.
I pray when I wake, at the dinner table with my family, before I go to bed, and multiple other random times throughout my day.
I participate in activities in order to mentor children...in my kids school, and I am a girl scout troop leader. I involve my kids and there friends in as many learning opportunities as I can.
How about you? Are you truly interested, or do you think if we don't meet your preconceived standards then we are not truly serving our faith? There are lots of ways to serve your community and church and God, and it doesn't have to be serving soup down at the Y.

I don't pray often, I talk to my Father, and Jesus, I thank my Father for the things he has given me, and tell Him I love Him.
I never attend physical church, but I have lost all of my friends because I want to talk about God the Father, all the time.
I help anyone who asks, I help anyone I see that needs a helping hand, I give until I have no more to give.
I honor my Father, by sharing with others that which He has given me. I let my good works be seen so that I may show others it is not about money, or material things, it is about loving other as Jesus and the Father love me.
For Jesus said;
He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them is he who loveth me; and he who loveth me shall be loved by my Father and I will love him and I will manifest myself to him.
I will endure til the end.
