Well, I should say so! That's 50 pounds! Probably their face and arms would look much thinner, and their clothes would be sort of baggy if they haven't got around to buying more yet.

OF COURSE it is. That's 50 pounds. Congrats to you or to whom ever did that. I lost 30 pounds not too long ago and people still tell me how much better I look. That's a wonderful accomplishment. I don't know how tall you are; but 170 is great.

Yes. You will notice and so will others. I've lost 30lbs and when I look back at pictures from last year... Wow what a difference.

major difference in apperance
