What I want to know is why he wasn't charged with Witchcraft. Many witches were killed for performing magic, Jesus was no different, yet he wasn't charged or called a witch.

You ask logical questions. That is something that the believers of all this stupid writings don't like and always ignore to answer. No wonder in the bibl is in my opinion true ..
In this times the writers of the bible explained everything what they did not understand with a wonder.
I give you a example:
If you walk on the street and don't find your girlfriend anymore, after you looked in some windows from shops to find a nice watch for her ... 2000 years ago it would have been a wonder and she would have rised to heaven. Today you would know that she went in the coffeshop and wait until you are finish with your windowshopping.
For me are this people are sick who believe the b/s that stupid people wrote 2000 years ago, who have 1000 times less knowledgement as every 12 year old schoolkid today.

Your master, Lucifer, already knows the answer. Go ahead and ask him.
But be careful. He is the father of lies. As an already defeated foe, he has nothing more to lose as his fate is already sealed. He just wants to take you with him. So great is the hate that boils within him that he will do and say anything it takes to deceive those who might possibly look to God. Although he seems powerful to you, his power is short lived and will soon be taken from him. Jesus is Lord. Satan is already defeated.

He came to be sacrificed.
He told His disciples what was going to happen to Him.
He cried out "Why have you forsaken Me" because the Father could not look at Jesus because He had taken our sins upon Himself, and that was the first (and only) time Jesus was separated from the Father, and for that He cried out!

He didn't choose to get nailed. But he did choose not to stop it. Same reason you choose to follow Satan. It's a choice, not a magic trick.
And by the way, since you follow Satan, why do you care anyway why He did it?

Jesus sacrified his life for your sins.
Buddha sarified his hunger and his entire life to find enlightment.
I dont know what Mohommed did....
but according to any religious they all did sacrified something for US.
so stop the stupid question.
P.S. would u sacrified your life for your love one?? even you have all this power in you?
ex.... you are the riches man in this world, and you have a son who grow up to be so bad. he do drugs, killing people, spend his life like there is no tomorrow.
the reason he did this because he know you provided everything to him.you have the power.... but deep down inside you, you want what is good for your son. so would u die for your son goodness? would u show him how much u love him that you could die for him??
this is how Jesus think.

Why can't I say he chose.
He said he chose.
John 3:14.
You'll note that when Jesus called out, some in the crowd misinterrupted his words.
Could you be doing the same?

Oh, come on - get off it!
First, they weren't "magic tricks" - they were miracles.
Second, He prophecied that it would happen: Joh 2:19-21 (KJV): "Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up. (20) Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days? (21) But he spake of the temple of his body.", so yes - He CHOSE that path. He even told Pontius Pilate, (Joh 19:11 KJV): "Jesus answered, Thou couldest have no power at all against me, except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered me unto thee hath the greater sin."
Finally, He was not crying out against God. If you notice, He was quoting the first verse of Ps 22 (Psa 22:1 KJV): "My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring?"
When you read the entire 22nd Psalm, and you study the life of David, you will know this did NOT happen to him, making it prophetical in nature. In fact, it describes the physical condition of a crucifixion 1,000s of years before crucifixions were even invented!
Jesus was using a typical Jewish "teaching" method, by quoting part of a passage to remind them of the rest of the passage, thus showing them that He was the fulfillment of this ancient Messianic prophecy. It wasn't necessary for him to quote the entire passage to these Jews who had fairly memorized most, if not all of the entire Jewish Scriptures.
Finally, He told His disciples that He could call upon God to send 10,000s of the angels to rescue Him!
If you would bother to STUDY what you're trying to attack, you would have known these things.
As it is, your attempt at tearing down "straw men" only demonstrates your OWN lack of understanding!
("It's better to be thought of as a fool, then to open one's mouth and remove all doubts.")

It's not that he chose it, but he knew that it was God's plan and intention for him and He accepted it, even though He diddnt fully understand "why" at the time. As for the magic, its the power of God, not magic.
