now says he won't leave and doesn't care if I
have sex or not. What should I do. She said no sex

John if your roommate refuses to leave then you may have to go out and rent a hotel room. Doesn't sound like a very good friend for not giving you some time alone with a female. Also this woman doesn't sound like she has many morals if she is just interested in having sex with you without any type of commitment, but what do I know.

If she wants to have sex with you it doesn't matter who the heck is in the house. Its not like your roomate will be in the room watching. well I hope not BUT any way.... She doesn't pay rent so she has no right to kick them out of their house.
Or just get a hotel room for one night. **

Your roommate has the right to be in his room too. You can't ask him to leave just because you want to have sex. If he doesnt want to leave he has the right. Find another place and the people you live with some respect.
