I really love the long island iced tea.

And I have my own vodka cocktail that I call fire & ice:
Ingredients: 60ml vodka, 2 sliced green peppers (chillies), club soda and lime cordial, salt

Soak the sliced green peppers in a glass of club soda for two minutes. Pour the vodka in a whiskey glass. Add 10ml of lime cordial and a couple of pinches of salt. Stir until the salt dissolves. Then fill the glass half way with the peppered club soda. Add ice and top up with plain club soda. Garnish with one of the sliced peppers.

P.S. Quite spicy. Handle with care.

My favorites are Cosmopolitans and Sour Apple martinis.
I don't bother with making my own, because I only drink a few times a year.
